Journey with us aboard the HAZY J. for a fully-guided, private charter ANYWHERE around the remote wilderness of 450 islands on Lake Superior!
We are NOT a transportation service to/from Isle Royale!
However, on a case-to-case basis we can provide transportation to/from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to Isle Royale if all other transportation services are exhausted. These trips will be coordinated with the NPS CUA Department.
Trips start at $2000, with a non-refundable (but transferable) $500 deposit, and all trips are weather dependent.
SUBCONTRACT
Whether you are in research or restoration, government or non-profit, we provide professional and safe boating services for a variety of needs.
✯ The HAZY J. is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and was purchased brand new in 2022. She features a 225hp Mercury outboard motor with a 15hp kicker, as well as a lithium-powered trolling motor with Spot Lock. The HAZY J. comfortably seats 5 guests, but can accommodate more.
✯ For hard to access areas, we come prepared with a 10ft dinghy and MinnKota motor capable of 30lbs of thrust available for any project. Food and beverage available upon request.
✯ We are fully licensed, insured, and fully permitted to operate within all Great Lakes, the State of Michigan, and Isle Royale National Park.
✯ We can provide invoices, W-9, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, and other professional documents, certificates, and proofs as needed.

All boating/fishing prices include 4 passengers. All trips weather dependent.
As of 9/16/2024 we are no longer accepting online bookings for local fishing & sight-seeing charters.
Isle Royale trips are our primary focus and the only adventures available for online scheduling. All other charters are offered on a flexible basis.
